Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level BI Developer or Analyst now far exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.

Of course not! There are a number of ways HappyReports can seamlessly build with your data. The easiest and preferred method is where you send us a subset of your data in any form (Excel, SQL, Google Drive, etc). Obviously the more data you send, the better. Some clients also will go as far as sending me a company laptop or setting up a VPN. Even if you send a dataset with fake data, that can work as long as the column names match. Any method is completely up to your preferences and happy to talk through this part.

If you only sent me a subset of your data, I have video and PDF walkthroughs on how to easily "hydrate" you data with the full dataset. Does not matter if you sent it in Excel and now want to switch it to say a SQL database. That step only takes a few minutes on your side and I am always happy to jump on a quick call if you have any issues.

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many report requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

On average, most requests are completed in just five days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

You might be surprised to hear this, but HappyReports is actually an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me, founder of Happyreports. However, some requests such as Qlik, are done by friends of mine.

Very simple. If you ever need to pause, simply reach out and we can pick this up whenever a request falls on your plate.

HappyReports offers a ton of flexibility in how you submit requests using Trello. Some common ways clients request reports are directly typing in Trello, sharing Google docs or Excel files, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their requests out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.

Absolutely. HappyReports does not design in any reporting not listed on the website.

That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return  when you have additional reporting needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
